Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of multi-centre randomised clinical trials, you will assist in finalising study materials and training packages in the Oxford Trauma and Emergency Care group.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trial Manager to join the Oxford Trauma and Emergency Care group at the Kadoorie Research Centre, Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS), to be based at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
 
As a Clinical Trial Manager you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of multi-centre randomised clinical trials. You will assist in finalising study materials and training packages. You will be responsible for training and supporting collaborating sites. You will also oversee trial data collection and perform regular systematic checks of information held on trial database as required and you will act as a resource, providing advice and support to colleagues both internal and external to Oxford Trauma and Emergency Care Group to promote good research practice.
 
You will hold a Degree in a biomedical or associated subject, or other relevant qualification, or proven experience in clinical research. Extensive experience of leading the conduct of multi-centre clinical trial in accordance with GCP and the research governance framework together with proven administrative and project management skills are essential. Previous experience of working in a UKCRC registered clinical trials unit and previous involvement in development of clinical reporting forms are desirable.
